Event overview

CPHI & PMEC China connects pharmaceutical materials and development services with the machinery needed to manufacture and pack them. APIs, intermediates, excipients, finished dosage, biotech and CRO/CDMO services are presented alongside processing equipment, laboratory and clean technology, packaging and drug-delivery systems, allowing separate pharmaceutical workstreams to be researched in one event.

The 2027 show marks the event’s 25th-anniversary milestone and moves to the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.

P-MEC China covers how pharmaceutical products are manufactured after the formulation has been defined. API and preparation equipment, solid and liquid dosage machinery, packaging lines, pharmaceutical water and refrigeration systems, clean utilities, equipment components, automation, continuous processing and turnkey engineering address plant design through validated production.

It is the machinery and manufacturing-technology counterpart to CPHI China's ingredient and contract-services marketplace.

Healthplex & Nutraceutical China is organised around finished health and nutrition products rather than the ingredients alone. Dietary supplements, functional foods, foods for special medical purposes, traditional Chinese tonics, imported nutrition, sports and weight-management products, beauty and anti-ageing, aromatherapy, pet nutrition and selected home-health supplies connect brands with distributors, retailers and e-commerce channels.

The 2027 event follows fifteen completed HNC editions and runs with Hi & Fi Asia-China, ProPak, FoodPack and Starch Expo as one food, health and production-chain week.

Event overview

CMEF covers finished medical devices across imaging, in-vitro diagnostics, operating-room systems, surgical robotics, rehabilitation and smart healthcare, while the concurrent ICMD extends the visit into design, materials, precision processing, moulds and manufacturing equipment. This pairing makes the Beijing edition particularly useful for separating clinical-product selection from the upstream engineering and production questions behind it. The 2026 event is the 94th CMEF and the concurrent ICMD is its 41st edition.
